Lessons Learned

  • Integrate UX into Agile Sprints: Work one sprint ahead of development, continuously gather user feedback, and collaborate with the team during sprint planning to align design efforts with agile timelines.
  • Leverage Design System Guidelines: Use a shared design system to ensure consistency and clear communication with developers, enabling smooth implementation of designs.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Core Team: Maintain cross-functional communication through stand-ups and visual tools like journey maps to ensure user journeys align with the overall product vision.
