"Introducing our all-in-one car services app - the ultimate solution for all your car rental, sharing, and leasing needs. Why Readly

The main goal of performing user research was to understand the rental and other markets and see how our product could potentially make a difference. The main requirement for the user is a clear and consistent way of booking based on their requirements. We needed to advertise and show why Readly could make a difference.

Personas and scenarios

I looked through various apps that are currently available on market and none of them offer multiple services at once. Logistics proves to be a huge barrier but it is possible to offer multiple services and tailor the requirements based on what the user wants.  I conducted some competitor analysis and tried to analyze the pros and cons of each approach. There are several user scenarios that can be drafted based on the user requirements.

Building Personas based on the generated insights

Building personas based on the generated insights is an effective way to create fictional representations of your target users. Personas help you better understand and empathize with your users, allowing you to design features that align with their needs and preferences.
